Increase regular multiple small meals throughout the day.

chew your food, eat slowly., do not eat on the run.

Eat well

Buy all your foods on the isles that border your store.

Grow it yourself if you can, how about a little urban garden?

Superfuel your body with nutrient rich foods easily in smoothies, juices.
