We are committed to leave our world a better place, preserve biodiversity and promote well-being for all.
DIRECT PARTNERSHIPS
KAIBAE establishes parrtnerships throughout Africa in regions where natural resources are abundant and opportunities for economic development are few.Inspired by the mighty Baobab, The African Tree of Life, we started the first supply chain for Baobab in northern Ghana in 2011. This harvest now supports more than 1000 community members, 85% women, equal pay and providing extra funds for families to access education and healthcare.
wild plants
Our wellbeing is undeniably intertwined with the health of our environment. Recognizing this interdependence is crucial for promoting sustainable practices that support both environmental conservation and human well-being. Wild plants are superheroes. They grow in challenging environments and produce unique bioactive compounds to protect themselves from disease and UV radiation. Indigenous cultures have long relied on wild plants for their medicinal benefits and many modern medicines are derived from wild plants. Wild plants are essential to preserve biodiversity, play a significant role in carbon sequestration and improve soil health.
